Are you living with persistent pain from an injury?
What if you could significantly reduce or even eliminate that pain in one workshop - without medication, manipulation, or expensive treatments, at home?
I’ve done that for myself and others with techniques I’ve developed, and I'd like to do it for you.
"A horse vet held on too hard when a mare he was shoeing put her foot down and tore his left bicep. It healed, but the pain was still there. I showed him a method I created. In minutes, the pain was negligible."
You’ll learn the method that worked for him, and apply it to your own pain.
You'll also learn how I work with more stubborn pain, like this, from my own experience:
"I fell hard on my bicycle. I weigh 200 pounds and had on a heavy backpack. Going around a corner, I hit some ice. The back wheel went thataway and my left shoulder slammed into the pavement.
After the initial recovery it didn’t hurt during the day, but at night, intense pain kept me awake. I applied one of the methods I’ll teach you. Each time, I felt changes and then fell asleep. Over a period of days, the pain disappeared. That was years ago and it hasn’t been back.”
For decades I’ve been developing ways to rewire unwanted feelings, emotional triggers, and sabotaging patterns out of the brain.
I accidentally discovered that the same methods that relieve emotional pain often work extremely well for reducing or eliminating lingering pain from injuries.
Why would that be? The reason is surprising.
When pain continues beyond the healing process, it’s often because the brain has learned to maintain the pain.
Yes, the brain actually rewires itself to maintain the pain.
Crazy, right? But it’s a scientific fact.
If you have pain persisting long past when the injury is healed, your brain’s wiring is probably involved.
Phantom limb pain is a great example. With phantom limb pain, the person feels pain in the missing body part, but that can’t be true because it’s not there.
Instead, the sensation comes from the brain. When the brain is given the right sort of new information, such as with mirror therapy, the pain disappears.
Brain scans show that with persistent pain, the area of the brain devoted to the pain grows, taking over neighboring territory.
Nerves associated with experiencing the pain activate at a lower threshold, and transmit pain signals 50-100 times faster than at first.
A system develops that maintains the pain signals as an output of the brain.
Your brain becomes more "skilled" at experiencing pain.
The good news is that this can be reversed.
The brain learns to generate pain.
That learning can be undone.
The pain diminishes or disappears.
How can learned pain be reversed? By rewiring brain circuits, or updating learned patterns.
Neuroscientists have identified the five steps the brain uses to update learned patterns.
I’ve put those steps into simple methods anyone can use to update and neutralize learned patterns, including patterns that generate pain.
In the workshop, we apply these methods to your learned pain patterns.
Based on my personal experience and results with individual clients, I’ve created a 4-hour workshop devoted to freeing you from persistent pain that started with an injury.
The injury can be from sports, a fall, a car crash, an attack, or even a medical procedure. Anything, really.
It doesn’t matter how long ago this may have happened. The unlearning process is the same.
Of the many methods I’ve developed, I’ll share the most effective for this purpose.
You’ll know it’s working when you experience immediate positive changes.
For situations where it takes longer, you’ll know how to keep after it.
At this point, I’m not focusing on fibromyalgia, arthritis, or other diagnosed conditions.

How I avoided knee replacement
Personally, I’ve taken down the pain of fresh injuries, such as a sprained ankle and a burn, in a minute or less, right when they happened. I’ll teach you this method to protect you in the future.
I discovered this method while training for a walking half-marathon. After miles of walking, I was on a trail around a lake. I was tired. Not paying enough attention, I stepped wrong on a root in the trail, and my ankle went sideways.
Years before, I’d sprained the other ankle cross-country skiing. I knew what to expect, but this time I was more prepared.
Still walking, I immediately and spontaneously started a simple process. In perhaps 30 seconds, the pain was gone. I could hardly believe it myself, but it was true.
I kept walking. About 15 minutes later, the pain came back. I did the same process and the pain vanished in a few seconds. It never showed up again and my ankle was fine. I continued on for more miles of pain-free walking that day and in the following days.
More recently, last week I tweaked something in my back while exercising and did the same simple method again. The cramp or pulled muscle let go within less than a minute.
The sharp pain that would have been quite restrictive dropped from an 8 to a 2 or less, then to nothing. An hour later, I couldn’t find it.
I did this with a small second-degree burn as well. I picked up a curling iron I didn't know was hot, and it burned my finger. The pain never rose above a strong tingle that lasted for a few seconds as I did this method, faded right away, then disappeared. I forgot about it until the dead skin started coming off.
Knowing how to do this could be a major advantage if you’re an athlete or do physical work and cannot afford to be sidelined by injuries. You’ll learn this method in the workshop.
I was informed that I was headed for a knee replacement.
Compensation for injuries and misalignment were deforming the bones and forcing my right knee toward failure. It took a lot of attention and time, but that situation has completely reversed. My knee is sound, with no surgery.
I’ll show you how to use this process on your own body.
You’ll be able to go through your past injuries and undo compensations.
These can operate below your awareness for any amount of time, interfering with your body’s full functioning, perhaps becoming a problem in later years, as they did with me. I’ve been able to access events that happened decades ago in this way.
An application is required to be sure this is the appropriate workshop for you.
Participate fully, with no social media or other distractions.
Changing your brain’s wiring takes your full attention.
Fill out the workbook during the workshop.
Share it with me afterward so I can track your results and see any places needing improvement.
You can also record any questions in it, and I’ll get back to you if we don’t cover them in class.
Participate in the follow-up one week later
Complete the video interview after the second week
The Cost
Because the group format for this topic is new ...
... though I’ve had consistent success with individual clients ...
... and am used to doing group workshops online ...
... and because I’m using this first time to gather evidence that it works ...
... and because the application is a bit long (fair warning) ...
You get the first-time price of only $97.
The Guarantee
If you participate fully as described above in
"How to Participate"
and don’t get significant pain reduction, you’ll get your money back if requested within 14 days from your workshop date.
When is it?
Choose between two dates.
Both workshops are the same, except as influenced by who’s there.
Saturday April 5,
10:00 - 2:00 Central time
Sunday April 6
1:00 - 5:00 Central time
Each session has a half-hour break in the middle.
Follow-up sessions are the following week at the same start time.
Video interviews will be individually scheduled.
Note: This workshop is specifically designed for lingering pain from injuries. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for diagnosed conditions such as fibromyalgia, MS, or arthritis.
