Example 1: Anger

A woman rated the intensity of her anger at someone at 12 on a 0-10 point scale.

Along the way it turned comical and by the end she couldn't find any anger at all.

Example 2: "Should"

A woman said she reacted with anger or rage when told she "should" be or act differently. She knew this went back to childhood. By the end she did not need the anger or rage for protection. Her reaction when testing was neutral to "should" statements, and she was confident that either people would not say that to her, or that it would not affect her.

Example 3: Family

A man's father was a downer to him and the family, criticizing and making everyone uncomfortable. After three rounds he saw his father as who he was, an unhappy man. The sensation changed from sharp darts in the heart to a pain in the neck (yes, we all laughed), and then neutral, with space between him and his father.

Example 4: Divorce

A woman going through a divorce moved from having a heavy, down feeling to speaking with power, and had the opportunity to do that during the Zoom class. She appeared much brighter and more alive at the end.
