How does it work?
Using the neuroscience of rapid change, we go to the roots of how your brain holds onto reactivity and create the freedom it needs to return to wholeness.
Pick any topic with an emotional charge —
a person, feeling, memory, event, situation, problem, etc.

Example 1:
A woman rated the intensity of her anger at someone at 12 on a 10-point scale.
Along the way it turned comical and by the end she couldn't find any anger at all.
Example 2:
A woman reacted with anger or rage when told she "should" be or act differently. She knew this went back to childhood. By the end she did not need the anger or rage for protection. Her reaction when testing was neutral to "should" statements, and her "Golden Retreiver" demeanor had shifted to a little bit more Rottweiler, which she liked.
Example 3:
A man's father was a downer to him and the family, criticizing and making everyone uncomfortable. After three rounds he saw his father as who he was, an unhappy man. The sensation changed from sharp darts in the heart to a pain in the neck (yes, we all laughed), and then neutral, with space between him and his father.
